The CTD9350 series high-precision dry well temperature calibrator can meet all calibration requirements in laboratories, workspaces, or factory sites. By installing an optional built-in measuring device, it can measure the resistance value of temperature resistance thermometers, the electromotive force of thermocouples, and current signals (output signals from 0/4 to 20 mA transmitters), displaying them in degrees Celsius. Operation is simple and intuitive using a large touch panel display. The built-in calibration software allows for the creation of customized calibration tasks. It is also possible to automatically generate calibration certificates. For each task, the time to reach the set temperature is calculated, and the remaining time is displayed. This enables accurate estimation of heating and cooling times. As a temperature controller, it uses a heat block developed specifically for this product that can handle temperatures up to 700°C. This ensures high control precision and excellent temperature uniformity within the block. The control algorithm is optimized for various calibration processes, minimizing axial temperature fluctuations to reduce calibration uncertainty.
