In a major transportation group company, there are only a handful of people who can analyze the vast amount of data that amounts to tens of millions of cases generated daily. When data analysis is requested from other departments, there can be a time lag, leading to delays in problem-solving. The immediate goal is to place data analysis specialists in each department and ensure that all employees can perform basic data operations. To achieve this, we conducted a three-day e-learning and online training program that included content such as "Basics of Data Analysis," "Introduction of Tools like Excel," and "Practical Exercises."
