Among these, we present a product that does not contain fluorinated compounds, which is a water-based coating made from the thermoplastic resin PEEK. It offers non-stick properties, slip resistance, surface enhancement, and chemical resistance as a fluorine alternative. Chemical resistance tests were conducted with varying concentrations of sulfuric acid, and the product was applied to SUS304 bolts, demonstrating chemical resistance, including at the edges.
