Quickly correct the tilts, steps, and gaps in school facility floors using the Upcon method.
The Upcon method quickly corrects floor deformations in classrooms, gymnasiums, and poolside areas caused by earthquakes and ground subsidence through polyurethane resin injection.
■There is a sense of discomfort when entering the classroom. ■The floor is slanted, posing a risk of injury or worsening health. ■The slanted floor causes the desks to wobble. ■Windows and doors are difficult to close. ■The gym floor is warped. ■The gym stage is distorted. ■Puddles form by the poolside. The "Upcon Method," which uses polyurethane resin, quickly resolves issues caused by floor slanting and warping due to earthquakes or ground subsidence, as well as voids and gaps that have formed beneath the floor.

basic information
■ What is the Upcon Method? The Upcon Method involves drilling small holes with a diameter of 16mm into existing concrete floors that have experienced subsidence, unevenness, tilting, or gaps. While continuously monitoring the level in millimeter increments, polyurethane resin is injected. The resin injected beneath the floor expands rapidly under pressure, compacting and reinforcing the ground, improving bearing capacity, and lifting the concrete to correct it. The final strength of the resin is achieved in about 60 minutes. Additionally, if gaps occur beneath the floor, they can be filled using the same method. *Since the polyurethane can lift the floor with a foaming pressure of up to 10 tons per square meter, there is no need to move heavy equipment or loads. ■ Features of the Upcon Method 1. Short construction period: The construction time is one-tenth that of conventional methods. 2. Safe and clean construction: Minimal noise, vibration, and dust during construction. 3. Construction can be divided into phases: We propose construction schedules that fit your needs. 4. Compact construction system: Quick restoration of the current state is possible. 5. Reduced risk of re-subsidence compared to conventional methods. We provide total support for on-site surveys, repair planning, and construction, all handled responsibly by our in-house staff. Our trained and experienced staff will propose the optimal repair plan tailored to your site.
