"Emaluche" (manufactured by Emanaq Co., Ltd.) is an alloy powder with high roundness, primarily composed of zinc and containing more than four elements. By mixing this coating with shot and projecting it at high speed onto the workpiece, the kinetic energy generated causes the alloy particles to adhere to the surface of the workpiece, forming a coating. The coating has a thin and dense structure with strong adhesion, and it does not peel off even when bent or crimped.
