Company information
Tokaro is a coating manufacturer that deals with thermal spraying, wet processes, and various thin films, with a proven track record across a wide range of industries, from core industries such as power, steel, and industrial machinery to semiconductors, liquid crystal displays, space development, and advanced medical fields. Please feel free to consult us when considering improvements in the durability, longevity, and energy efficiency of your equipment and components. <What is Thermal Spraying?> Thermal spraying is a surface treatment technology widely used in the industrial sector. It involves spraying molten or softened particles of thermal spray materials, such as metals and ceramics, which have been adjusted to maximize their functionality according to the intended purpose, onto the surface of the workpiece using various heat sources. The sprayed molten particles cool instantly and solidify to form a coating. <Available Thermal Spraying Technologies> Atmospheric Plasma Spraying / Vacuum Plasma Spraying / Arc Spraying / High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) Spraying / Powder Flame Spraying / Wire Flame Spraying / Suspension Plasma Spraying / SDC Spraying #Surface Treatment #Surface Modification #Thermal Spraying #Coating #Water-Repellent Coating #Hydrophilic Coating #Thin Film Technology #Thick Film Technology #Laser #Laser Cladding #Surface Treatment Technology #Surface Modification Technology #Energy and Resource Conservation through Surface Treatment
