We would like to introduce a case of support for the Program Management Office accompanying the renewal of the core system group. As the new core system renewal project progressed, there was a lack of customer promotion structure. Furthermore, various issues became apparent, such as individualization, bias, dysfunction, schedule delays, and task inconsistencies, regarding the need for a unified approach to communication with management, cross-functional reporting, inter-business collaboration, and collaboration between business and IT.
