Leveraging its characteristic of being difficult to reduce thermal conductivity, it is also effective for improving the release properties of molds used in cooling molding.

■Details of Processing Technology This is a technology that disperses and co-deposits fine particles of fluororesin (PTFE) into the electroless nickel plating film. It combines the properties of fluororesin, such as release properties, water repellency, and slip properties, with the wear resistance of electroless nickel plating. It has high water repellency and can reduce the amount remaining on the surface, thereby improving chemical resistance. It is possible to achieve a relatively uniform film formation on items with inner diameters of pipes and complex shapes during the plating process. ■Processable Sizes 450×500×1000, 1900×1000×10 (plate form) ■Processable Weight 1 ton ■Processing Temperature During plating film formation, it is below 90°C, and hardness can be increased by performing heat treatment after plating. ■Base Materials It can be processed on most metals. By performing special pretreatment, it can also be processed on resins, ceramics, and glass. ■Cautions (Disadvantages due to processing, etc.) Absolute slip properties are inferior to fluororesin coatings. There are limitations on conditions for use without lubrication.
