We received an inquiry from a customer stating, "The gears that slide in the semiconductor manufacturing equipment in the clean room are not sliding properly." The solution that met this requirement was the multifunctional plating "Niporin," which has various advantages such as release properties and water repellency. After its adoption, smooth sliding motion became possible without the use of lubricating oil.
