basic information
- It is a hard electroless nickel plating with a hardness of Hv750, which is harder than typical industrial electroless nickel plating. - Since it is an electroless plating, it excels in film thickness uniformity, allowing for uniform film thickness even on complex-shaped parts and the inner surfaces of pipes. - There is no need for special jigs or additional processing like with hard chrome plating, which helps shorten delivery times and reduce costs. - With a hardness of Hv750, it does not require heat treatment after plating, avoiding the need for heat treatment like that of typical electroless nickel plating and reducing the risk of thermal deformation.

Founded in 1933 (Showa 8) as "Maeda Plating Industry," we celebrated our 90th anniversary this year in 2023 (Reiwa 5). During this time, we have been responsible for surface treatment for major companies expanding in the local area and throughout the prefecture. Due to the characteristics of Kyushu and Kumamoto, we focus on surface treatment for semiconductor manufacturing equipment parts, FPD manufacturing equipment parts, and tools used in semiconductor manufacturing processes, all of which require strict quality standards. We have a thorough inspection system in place, from incoming goods scratch inspections to shipping inspections. Additionally, our zinc plating services cater to mass-produced items such as motorcycle parts and automotive parts. We are also actively engaged in in-house development, conducting unique treatments such as the Cosmo Coat for static electricity countermeasures and the E-Mite UH for ultra-hard anodizing.
