"Accurate Technology Transfer and Efficient Human Resource Development" While mechanization increases operations, there is a growing demand for advanced and precise skills from people, making it essential to continue efficient education. As the times change, work is becoming increasingly complex, and while the nationalities of staff are diversifying, on-site training still relies on traditional OJT. While valuing the benefits of OJT, we aim to enable new employees to become fully competent without stress in a short period of time. Moreover, we want to create a happy workplace where managers can focus on what truly matters without being overwhelmed by on-site troubles. With this vision, our company develops services every day.
