Examples of serverless remote window systems chosen by local governments facing accelerated population decline and aging.
We would like to introduce a case study of our web conferencing and video conferencing system, 'LoopGate', implemented in Kawanehon Town, Shizuoka Prefecture. The town is facing serious challenges due to a declining birthrate, an aging population, and a decrease in population, making it difficult to maintain infrastructure and provide public services. As a solution, they decided to implement our product, which can be operated serverlessly. After the implementation, it became possible to provide detailed responses to residents' questions and consultations face-to-face, achieving efficient and high-quality service delivery. [Case Overview] ■ Challenges - Online services and digital transformation have not reached the elderly population. - A system that is easy to operate and allows for stress-free communication was needed. ■ Effects - The implementation burden is light, and serverless operation can utilize the existing network. - Resident satisfaction with services is high, at approximately 98%. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
