Adoption of the aptitude test tool 'TAL'

A recruitment suitability assessment tool developed based on neuroscience and statistics!

"TAL" is a recruitment suitability assessment tool that allows you to understand and analyze the true characteristics of a person, which are difficult to discern during an interview. By implementing it, you can identify and suppress the hiring of "unsuitable candidates," which are generally said to appear at an average rate of 14% (1 in 7), thereby reducing the management risks associated with hiring. Furthermore, it can accurately measure stress resistance and tendencies for mental health issues, which are typically not captured by standard assessment tools but are important for the hiring side to understand. [Applications] ■ Recruitment suitability assessment (new graduates, mid-career, individuals with disabilities) ■ Promotion of non-regular employees to full-time positions *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
