The CPB5600DP heavy hammer differential pressure testing machine can measure up to 40 MPa in pneumatic pressure and up to 160 MPa in hydraulic pressure. The overall uncertainty is 0.008% for differential pressure and 0.0001% (1 ppm) for static pressure. It has excellent long-term stability, and recalibration is recommended every five years. A mass load is applied by a piston-cylinder system that is manufactured with high precision, allowing for accurate measurement points. The piston cylinder is produced to standard gravity (9.80665 m/s²), but it can also be adjusted for specific altitudes and is compatible with UKAS calibration.
