The CPT2500 can be connected to a PC with a USB interface via a USB adapter. The USB adapter is a stainless steel pressure sensor with a measurement range of up to 1,000 bar and automatically recognizes the measurement range of the connected pressure sensor. It allows for high-precision pressure measurements, and the measurement interval for pressure recording can be set between 1 ms and 10 s, making it easy to identify the maximum and minimum values within the recording interval. It is also possible to set the conditions for starting and stopping the recording. The recorded measurement values can be graphically displayed and used to create calibration records using the WIKA-Cal calibration software. This software allows the data to be automatically transferred to a printable calibration certificate. Additionally, WIKA-Cal can manage calibration and equipment data in an SQL database, in addition to supporting PC-based calibration. Data transfer can be done using the USB interface. For convenience in transport and storage, the USB adapter is housed in a compact transport case.
