Our company conducts next-generation leader training for management employees as well as for mid-level and junior employees. This is a year-and-a-half project aimed at enhancing a sense of ownership, igniting a growth and transformation mindset for self and organizational change, and producing "robust leaders" who will become executive candidates. Participants will use a 360-degree survey to assess their current leadership in their workplace and reflect on what and how they need to change to effectively demonstrate leadership.
