At the Tokai Technical Center, we conduct "analysis of harmful substances in coatings." When stripping coatings, we carry out "content analysis" to assess the impact on the health of workers and to prevent the dispersion into the surrounding environment. We also perform "PCB analysis" and "leaching analysis" to confirm whether the discarded coatings contain PCB contaminants or are classified as specially controlled industrial waste. The Tokai Technology Center (TTC), a general incorporated foundation, was established in 1971 as a measurement and analysis institution for the prevention of industrial pollution. Currently, it provides services in three main areas: 1. "Environmental surveys and measurements" 2. "Chemical analysis and quality testing of industrial products and materials" 3.
