Micro-pressure measurements from 0 to 16 mbar can be performed. The pressure contact part can also be manufactured from special materials, with a pressure resistance value of FS x 10 times, and it is compatible with glycerin-filled types.
The large pressure-sensitive area provided by the circular, wave-shaped diaphragm element allows for reliable measurement of low pressure. The stainless steel case and wetted parts have high resistance to corrosive media. If higher resistance to media is required, the pressure-contact parts can also be designed using various special materials such as PTFE, tantalum, and Hastelloy. For measuring high-viscosity, crystallized, or contaminated media, the use of an open flange is recommended. The measurement system using diaphragm elements is designed such that the diaphragm can support itself against the upper flange, providing good protection against overload. As a standard specification, it is equipped with safety for overpressure up to five times the full-scale value. A version with higher overload safety is also available as an option. <Product Specifications> - Pressure Range: 0...16 mbar (gauge pressure) -16...0 mbar (negative pressure) -5 to +20 mbar (differential pressure) - Accuracy: ±1.6%, ±2.5% - Measurement Temperature: ≦ +100℃ For more details, please refer to the product data sheet.

basic information
Diaphragm pressure gauges are generally used for low-pressure applications. The large pressure receiving surface created by the circular, wave-shaped diaphragm element allows for reliable measurement of low pressures. Diaphragm pressure gauges are manufactured in accordance with EN 837-3. Their high-quality design is particularly suitable for applications in the chemical and petrochemical industries, oil and gas industries, and power engineering. The stainless steel case and wetted parts provide high resistance to corrosive media. If higher resistance to the media is required, the pressure contact parts can also be designed using various special materials such as PTFE, tantalum, and Hastelloy. For measuring high-viscosity, crystallized, or contaminated media, the use of open flanges is recommended. Measurement systems using diaphragm elements provide good protection against overload due to their design, which allows the diaphragm to support itself against the upper flange. As a standard specification, they are equipped with safety for overpressure up to five times the full-scale value. Versions with higher overload safety are also available as an option.
