In hydrostatic pressure testing, it is often necessary to have a portable device consisting of a pressure generating unit and a measuring instrument for the test pressure. Proven measurement technology covers a general range from -1 to 1,000 bar (gauge pressure) with an accuracy of less than 0.25% FS. The measurement frequency can be set to 1, 3, 4, or 10 times per second, depending on requirements. The CPG1200 also features an energy-saving mode. In practice, it can operate for up to 4,000 hours without needing to replace the battery. As an option, it can be equipped with a built-in data logger that can store up to 1 million data points. The saved measurement data can be read via the built-in USB interface, which also powers the device. Wireless transmission via Bluetooth is also possible.
