Since it communicates via radio waves, oil stains are not a problem! Use cases of in-metal tags and inspection masters.
We would like to introduce examples of using our "In-Metal Tag" and "Inspection Master." In the management of calibration and inspection of measuring instruments, challenges include having many instruments of the same model number, making identification difficult, and the presence of oil stains that make barcodes and QR codes unsuitable. By utilizing our products, you can register and use existing calibration inspection sheets as they are, and schedule management is possible even if the timing of calibration differs. Communication is done via radio waves, so oil stains are not a problem. 【Common Challenges】 ■ Many instruments of the same model number, making identification difficult ■ Oil stains make barcodes and QR codes unsuitable ■ Want to use automatic recognition tools, but there are no suitable options due to the small size of the main body, such as micro or depth gauges ■ Re-entering (transcribing) calibration inspection records is time-consuming *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
