During the development, we focused on creating a user-friendly UI for elderly users, prioritizing readability in terms of font size, color, and layout, even if it deviated from the standard design of iPad apps. As a result, the hassle of filling out paper forms was eliminated, and inspection reports can now be easily checked online at any time.
