A press release regarding the business collaboration between the electronic contract service "GMO Sign" and the workflow system "Business Designer" has been published today. GMO GlobalSign Holdings, Inc. (President: Mitsuru Aoyama, hereinafter referred to as GMO GlobalSign HD) and Union Sync, Inc. (Chairman: Yasunobu Tsukamoto, hereinafter referred to as Union Sync) will begin collaboration today, December 3, 2021, between the cloud-based electronic contract service "GMO Sign" provided by GMO GlobalSign HD and the workflow system "Business Designer" provided by Union Sync. This collaboration will enable documents that have completed internal approval in "Business Designer" to be automatically linked to "GMO Sign," allowing for electronic contracts and storage/management, thereby facilitating seamless contract operations.
