Shortening the waiting time by cooling in a short period! Introducing our achievements in the cold-rolled coil yard.
We would like to introduce a case study of our wet-type dehumidifier, "Casabar," implemented at a steel mill (coil rust prevention yard). Coils that have completed the annealing process are transported to the cooling yard at around 100°C and cooled down to 40°C using air dehumidified by our product. During this process, the humidity in the coil yard is kept below 30% to prevent rust formation. Additionally, by cooling the coils quickly, we reduce the time they remain in process. Our product achieves continuous operation with a dew point temperature below 0°C, which cannot be achieved with conventional cooling dehumidification methods. Since no condensate water is produced, there is no risk of freezing even at low dew points, and defrosting is not necessary. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
