We would like to introduce a case study of our wet-type humidity controller, "Kasaba," implemented in the sugar production process. The produced sugars are cooled in a cooler and then stored in a sugar bin (silo) while undergoing aging (temperature and humidity adjustment). Granulated sugar and raw sugar are prone to clumping when there is excess moisture due to their crystalline state, and white sugar is covered with moisture-containing invert sugar, which can also cause it to clump if dried too much. Therefore, aging is conducted using clean, sterilized humid air provided by our product.
