Supports testing using a constant temperature bath! Reduces energy consumption by minimizing test time.

"WaveMatrix" utilizes self-heating control software for test specimens to optimize test frequency, thereby improving the productivity and consistency of tests related to composite materials and polymer materials. It is possible to reduce test time while achieving unprecedented accuracy in test temperature. This patented system achieves and maintains the specified test temperature by changing the test frequency according to the measurement temperature of the test specimen. In structural composite materials, the impact of a 5°C temperature change is greater than a change in frequency by a factor of two, making the benefits of strict test temperature control significantly higher than moderate frequency fluctuations. [Features] - User-defined temperature range (controllable up to ±0.5°C) - User-defined frequency range - Thermocouple data input via USB is possible - Analog input of 0-10V for thermocouple data, including infrared thermometer data, is possible - Thermocouples can be installed according to the shape of the test specimen *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

(Free) Instron WEB Seminar Series: Fatigue Testing Machine Series: NEW Electric Drive High Capacity Fatigue Testing Machine ElectroPuls E20000

  • Seminar・Event

**Presenter:** Instron Japan, Fatigue Testing Machine Division, Sales Engineer Satoshi Chonan **Participation Fee:** Free **Question Format:** Chat (Always available) **Required Environment:** Internet connection (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), PC, smartphone, iPad, and other devices **Seminar Overview:** Instron has successfully developed a high-capacity electric-driven fatigue testing machine ahead of the global market. The new product, ElectroPuls E20000, has a maximum dynamic load of 20kN, making it the fatigue testing machine with the highest load capacity in the ElectroPuls series to date. Despite its high capacity, it is a groundbreaking fatigue testing machine that minimizes consumables and running costs, unlike hydraulic servo fatigue testing machines, due to its electromagnetic design. Additionally, it features new functions that have not been available in previous fatigue testing machines. **Target Audience for the Seminar:** - Those who are not satisfied with the capacity of their current fatigue testing machine (considering a higher capacity) - Those considering a testing machine in a clean environment without oil and with a compact installation - Those who want to conduct both dynamic and static tests with a single machine

Instron was founded in 1946 by Harold Hindman and George Bahl, who were conducting joint research at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) at the time. They developed the world's first electromechanical (screw-type) universal testing machine. The name "Instron" is derived from "instrument" and "electronics." Instron's product range offers diversity that can cater to almost all global markets and industries, and since its establishment, over 70 years of testing technology and manufacturing experience have been built, with more than 50,000 systems operating worldwide. In 1965, Instron Japan was established to support customers in Japan. Currently, it has major bases in the United States, Europe, and Asia, providing sales and services in 40 languages through agents in 160 countries around the world.
