The cleaning machine has a total weight of 28 kg and is easy to carry due to its injection-molded carrying case. It offers many advantages for efficiently removing rust, dirt, oil, and plating from the surface of workpieces, including lightweight, flexibility with adjustable parameters, and wireless control. It can be applied in industries such as machining, cultural heritage restoration, mold cleaning, food processing, and electronic circuits. The laser head of the cleaning machine is designed to be compact and lightweight, weighing only 620 g, making it easy to use for extended periods. The built-in scanning system utilizes a small, high-speed motor and driver. Additionally, it employs innovative red light auxiliary focusing technology (patented) to easily locate the focal point. A newly developed wireless control card and program allow simultaneous control of laser and scanning parameters. The control card communicates with the cleaning machine, enabling remote control of parameters such as scanning shape, scanning length, laser output, frequency, and pulse width.
