The PZX1-DL is a precision ultrasonic thickness gauge for inspection that can measure materials as thin as 0.15mm with a resolution of 0.001mm. With newly designed signal processing technology, it achieves higher accuracy and a wider measurement range compared to the old model PX-7. It is ideal for thickness measurements after machining parts where accurate thickness measurement is required. In addition to single-point and dual-point calibration, scan mode, alarm mode, and differential thickness measurement mode, it features sensitivity adjustment, sound velocity measurement mode, USB power supply, and a newly added pulse-echo mode that supports measurements from 2 to 900mm, allowing for precise thickness measurement of both thin and thick materials.
