Modern healthcare has become team-based, requiring nurses to work alongside a diverse range of healthcare professionals. This necessitates not only the acquisition of nursing knowledge and skills but also a solid foundation of basic medical knowledge that is common across different professions. To quickly address this challenge, we have implemented our learning management system "Manabi-to" and "SATT smart QUTE." As a result, we quantitatively measured the effectiveness and usefulness of e-learning in nursing education, compiling the findings and data into a paper that was presented at a nursing conference. The audience's response was very positive, with many questions raised.
