The regular training courses held by Assist Co., Ltd. had capacity limits for each venue, and popular dates would quickly fill up. There were challenges for participants who could not secure a substantial amount of time to attend, and there was a strong sense of the need to accommodate flexible working styles such as telecommuting and reduced hours. In response, we introduced our learning management system "Manabi-to" and the educational material creation software "Smart Tool." As a result, we received many applications from those who wanted to take courses at their own pace and from those who had previously been unable to attend in-person training due to being in remote locations. The ability to choose the format of the course according to each participant's needs has created a vibrant atmosphere, and inquiries have surged.
