There were challenges for participants who could not secure a substantial amount of time to attend, and there was a strong sense of the need to accommodate flexible working styles such as telecommuting and reduced hours. In response, we introduced our learning management system "Manabi-to" and the educational material creation software "Smart Tool." As a result, we received many applications from those who wanted to take courses at their own pace and from those who had previously been unable to attend in-person training due to being in remote locations. The ability to choose the format of the course according to each participant's needs has created a vibrant atmosphere, and inquiries have surged.
