Demo unit available for loan, case study presentation: No piping work required, compact design makes cooling tower cleaning easy, and annual chemical costs reduced!
"Maruchiko" is a mechanical device designed for small-scale facilities, which sandwiches 100 mechanical ceramic balls between two SUS304 plates and is equipped with an orange float. It can be installed simply in the lower water tank of a cooling tower without the need for special piping work in principle. Due to its powerful oxidation effect, it removes and suppresses the growth of blue-green algae and disinfects bacteria, enabling the maintenance of clean and hygienic water quality. As a result of these actions, it can be easily and cost-effectively maintained with low running costs. 【Features】 ■ Compact ■ No piping work required ■ Reduced annual maintenance costs ■ Scale removal ■ Prevention of algae growth ■ Slime removal *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

The main business of SGM Corporation, the "Mecasera System," was developed in 1983 through joint research with Tohoku University. The core technology of this system is the superoxide ion generation method, which is aimed at water quality purification treatment of waste oil and other substances, as well as deodorization, water quality purification, and sludge reduction of sewage and domestic wastewater in agricultural communities and sewer systems. The water purification quality is remarkably stable and low-cost, requiring no modifications to existing equipment, and it can be used semi-permanently as a reliable and robust product. For over 30 years since its launch, there have been numerous achievements, including local governments (agricultural communities), major companies in Japan, and various foreign countries.
