A compact integration of a workbench and a small dust collection unit with an electrostatic discharge device. It is a dust collector suitable for cell production environments.
This is a device used for the removal of fine dust attached by static electricity and for deionizing and dusting components that are sensitive to static electricity. It intermittently blows ionized compressed air to powerfully blow away dust and collects it with a self-adhesive urethane gel and filter. ● Dust Collection Hood - The front of the hood is equipped with a transparent window that can be opened and closed, ensuring splash prevention and good visibility. - An optimal opening has been designed for smooth insertion and removal of the workpiece. - Cleaning and replacing the adhesive gel sheet has become easier. - The adhesive gel sheet plate can be attached and detached with magnets, making it easy to remove. ● Deionization and Dust Removal - An air nozzle-type static electricity removal device is installed to blow air from the top of the hood downward. - The ion air from the static electricity removal device creates an ion-balanced atmosphere inside the hood. - When holding the workpiece by hand and placing it inside the hood, an infrared sensor detects it and automatically activates air blowing. - The time for stopping the ion blow can be set (1/3/5/10/30 seconds). - Intermittent air provides vibration to the dust attached to the workpiece, effectively removing it. - It comes with a flow control valve to adjust the strength of the air blow. ● Safety - The static electricity removal device is equipped with an abnormality monitoring function, allowing checks via the illumination of a lamp.
