The removal of the upper part of the manhole is carried out by connecting the "Manhole Remover" (manhole frame removal device) developed for the MR2 method to a hydraulic power source, operating the horizontal and vertical cylinders to "shear" the pavement slab using the manhole iron frame and the lower frame. To eliminate the occurrence of shear marks, a shallow cutting groove is made along the construction diameter.
