Calibration Platinum Resistance Thermometer Model: CTP5000
Calibration Platinum Resistance Thermometer Model: CTP5000
A customizable thermometer with a temperature range of -196 to +660 °C, high stability, low drift, and a long lifespan, using a platinum resistance temperature detector.
The CTP5000 is manufactured as a platinum resistance thermometer (PRT). We can custom-make the shape and material to meet customer specifications when off-the-shelf products do not meet their needs, so if you are considering custom manufacturing or if other vendors cannot accommodate your request, please feel free to contact us. Calibration data is saved, allowing for easy installation of SMART probes between channels and devices without the need to input calibration data into the currently used equipment. <Probe Basic Specifications> - Temperature Range: -196 to +660 °C - Resistance Value: 100 Ω at 0 °C - Temperature Coefficient: 0.00385 - R(Ga)/R(TPW): Below 1.11807 - Annual Drift: ±10 mK (varies by specification) - Recommended Measurement Current: 1 mA - Material: SUS (material changes can be made upon customer request) - Customers can freely choose the following regarding the probe: Probe Diameter Probe Length Cable Length Connection Size and Standard (standard is DIN plug) For other specifications, please refer to the data sheet.

basic information
The CTP5000 is manufactured using a full-range platinum resistance thermometer (PRT) for use in various applications. We can custom-make the shape and material to meet the specifications of customers who find that our standard products do not meet their needs, so if you are considering custom-made products or if other suppliers cannot accommodate your requirements, please feel free to contact us. In addition, we also provide standard resistors for calibration of platinum resistance thermometers. Calibration data is stored in the connector of the SMART probe, allowing for easy attachment of the SMART probe between channels or devices without the need to input calibration data into the equipment currently in use. For comparative calibration, once a stable temperature is reached, you can either read the displayed value of the test instrument immediately or measure its output signal (resistance value, thermoelectric voltage, standard signal) and compare it with the standard thermometer. By using this comparison method, you can significantly reduce measurement uncertainty by considering the display of the temperature control unit along with the display of the temperature control unit itself.
