The LM rail is a four-directional equal load type LM guide with excellent Mc moment due to its wide low center of gravity structure.
This is a wide-type high-rigidity LM guide that enables low noise, long-term maintenance-free operation, and excellent high-speed performance due to the adoption of a ball retainer. 【Wide and Low Center of Gravity】 The SHW type, with its wide LM rail and low center of gravity structure, is optimal for locations where space-saving is required and where MC moment rigidity is necessary. 【Four-Directional Equal Load】 Each row of balls is arranged at a contact angle of 45 degrees to ensure that the load acting on the LM block is the same in four directions (radial, reverse radial, and lateral), allowing for use in any orientation and making it suitable for a wide range of applications. 【Automatic Adjustment Capability】 Thanks to THK's unique circular arc groove front combination (DF set), the automatic adjustment capability allows for the absorption of mounting errors even when preloaded, resulting in high-precision and smooth linear motion. 【Low Dust Generation】 The ball retainer eliminates mutual friction between the balls and retains the lubricating oil (agent), resulting in excellent low dust generation properties.
