We would like to introduce a case study of the "General-purpose Vacuum Cooling Device" developed by Foods Tech Co., Ltd. After harvesting vegetables, they have a lot of residual moisture, so even if they are placed directly in the refrigerator, it takes time to cool down to a certain temperature, which affects their freshness. Therefore, we modified a used shipping container for production. It can be used on a rotating basis by individual farmers.
