In response, "Junzou" uses square pipes that are in contact with the walls inside the container, circulating a cooled liquid (brine) through these pipes to cool the entire wall surface. This allows for cooling the stored items inside the container in a windless state, preventing the breakdown of the moisture barrier surrounding the vegetables, fruits, and flowers, thus avoiding drying out. Additionally, since the entire wall surface acts as a cooling body, it minimizes temperature fluctuations within the storage. Moreover, a special micro-mist humidification device maintains humidity levels above 98%.
