The "Large Roll Container" is a cardboard box designed for large film rolls with a diameter of 600mm or more. Made entirely of cardboard, it does not emit harmful gases when disposed of, making it an environmentally friendly product. It combines three structures: a hammock-shaped sheet, paper tubes, and curved cardboard layers, to package without causing damage. ■Features - Transports rolls weighing up to 1.5 tons without damage using a hammock structure. The folded cardboard sheet, paper tubes, and curved cardboard layers can accommodate large film rolls weighing 1.5 tons. - Capable of packaging rolls with a maximum width of approximately 2,700mm. - Integrated pallet structure allows for direct transport with a forklift. The container has holes in the bottom for forklift prongs, enabling transport without a pallet. - Made entirely of cardboard. Since it is made of cardboard material, no industrial waste processing is required upon disposal (some stitching needles may be used).
