The "Road Line Mercury Dry Support Method" is a quick-drying method for water-based road marking materials that overcomes the disadvantage of "slow drying" associated with water-based marking materials. After applying the water-based road marking material (Road Line Mercury), spraying the Dry Support evenly on the surface of the paint film significantly accelerates the drying time. Dry Support can be stored in a plastic container, making it easy to manage. Additionally, by speeding up the drying time, it reduces the time until traffic can be opened. This feature has been recognized, and it was selected as a quasi-recommended technology for the fiscal year 2020. 【Features】 - Contains no hazardous materials, making it a safe material that can be used in small quantities. - Can be equipped with a tank-type spraying device added to conventional paint marker vehicles, or sprayed with a hand sprayer from behind during line construction. - After construction, if sprayed with Dry Support before the surface is dry, it can accelerate the drying time (such as during sudden rain). - The drying and curing time is affected by temperature, taking about 1 minute in summer and 3 to 5 minutes in winter. - By speeding up the drying time, it reduces the time until traffic can be opened. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
