We have developed the "RT Wangard Method," a concrete spalling prevention specification that satisfies "performance standards" without using fiber sheets such as glass cloth or vinylon mesh as tensile members. Compared to the continuous fiber sheet method that adheres triaxial vinylon fiber sheets with impregnated adhesive resin, this method allows for a shorter construction period. It effectively prevents spalling simply by applying the material without using continuous fiber sheets, making it effective for complex shapes like I-beams.
