The CIPG (Cured-In-Place-Gasket: liquid gasket) is realized with αGEL using automatic application and UV irradiation through a 3D program. By optimally designing viscosity and thixotropy, it enables high-precision application. Features: ● Optimal viscosity and thixotropy By optimally designing the physical properties of αGEL before and after UV curing, it allows for high-precision and accurate automatic application, achieving miniaturization and thinning of gaskets. ● Excellent waterproof and dustproof performance Due to its high flexibility, ease of compression, and ability to follow the distortion of the housing, it exhibits high waterproof and dustproof performance. With almost no shrinkage during curing and reduced variation during application, it lowers the defect rate in waterproof and dustproof tests. ● Reduction of labor costs and increased efficiency Automatic application eliminates the need for molding molds and manual fitting work that were necessary with traditional rubber gaskets, leading to cost reduction and improved work efficiency. ● Reduction of work time Unlike typical moisture-curing types, the UV curing type hardens in a short time, reducing work time. ● High design freedom With program control, the application shape can be freely changed and applied to any location, increasing design flexibility.
