The ball can transmit torque while performing linear motion by rolling in the groove provided on the axis.
Ball splines can be selected in various types according to their purpose, including high torque type, medium torque type, and rotary type. Additionally, each type is equipped with a wide range of spline nut shapes that can be chosen based on installation and usage purposes. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

basic information
It is optimal for mechanisms that perform linear motion while transmitting torque. Since a single spline nut provides pre-load, it exhibits high performance in harsh usage areas where vibration and impact loads are present, in locations requiring high-precision positioning, and in areas demanding high-speed motion performance. Additionally, when used as a substitute for linear bushes, it has a rated load that is several times greater with the same shaft diameter, allowing for a compact design. It can also be used in situations where overhang loads and moments are applied, resulting in high safety and long lifespan. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Detailed information
-
Spline SLS/SLF with ball retainer By adopting a ball retainer, it maintains aligned circular motion and enables high-speed response. Additionally, it eliminates collisions and mutual friction between balls, achieving low noise, good sound quality, and low dust generation. Improved grease retention also enables long-term maintenance-free operation.
-
High Torque Type This is a ball spline where six rows of load balls are arranged to sandwich three rolling protrusions, evenly spaced at 120 degrees, on the outer circumference of the spline shaft from both sides. It provides pre-load with a single spline nut to eliminate angular backlash and increase rigidity.
-
Medium torque type. The ball spline has a large load capacity in both radial and torque directions, as it is designed with 4 to 6 rows of load balls that can be easily preloaded by clamping the protrusions on the outer circumference of the spline shaft from both sides.
-
Gear-equipped rotary type. It is a unit type where gears are processed on the outer peripheral part of the flange, and radial and thrust needle bearings are compactly combined in the spline nut section. It is an optimal ball spline for torque transmission mechanisms driven by spline nuts.
-
Rotary type ball spline is a compact unit type that directly incorporates a support bearing into the outer circumference of the spline nut.
