▼Features of Laser Processing for Flexible Packaging Films ■ Die-Cut Free ■ Roll Width: 1800mm ■ Maximum Processing Area: 1800mm × 1800mm ■ Maximum Scanning Speed: 20000mm/second ■ Maximum Output Power: 800W ■ Can be Integrated into Production Lines High Quality and High Precision: The main features of laser processing are precise cutting of materials, micro-hole drilling (100 microns), and high repeatability. These are suitable for processing needs in flexible packaging films. ■ High Productivity: SEI's uniquely developed Garbo laser head achieves a maximum line speed of 200m/min for cross-web (CW) cutting, half-cutting, and micro-perforation. The fixed laser head achieves a maximum line speed of 400m/min for web-direction (WD) half-cutting and micro-perforation. ■ Flexible: The digitization of the processing process allows for easy job changes.
