We manufacture custom plates tailored to your needs for experiments, product testing, inspections, machine assembly, machining, centering, and more. We are a plate manufacturer capable of providing a consistent process from design, casting, machining, inspection, to installation. It is necessary to ensure the flatness of the top surface of the plate, and Daiwa plates are equipped with a jack system that can accommodate changes over time. Even if the surroundings are filled with concrete, adjustments can be made from the top surface using the embedded jacks. We guarantee flatness up to JIS Grade 2 (B7513: 1992). The sizes of cast iron plates can be manufactured as a single piece from 0.5m x 1m to 3m x 8m. The top surface processing can be customized to meet various requirements, including T-slots, key slots, tapped holes, scribing reference lines, and guide grooves for 3D measuring instruments. We can also add anti-vibration and vibration control functions or perform anti-corrosion treatment on the entire surface as per your request.

Our company, Daiwa Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., was founded in the second year of the Tenpo era (1831). With 190 years of tradition and reliable technology, we have inherited the spirit of "tatara ironmaking" and have woven together iron processing techniques. We have two major divisions: the industrial machinery-related equipment division and the housing-related equipment division. The industrial machinery-related equipment division covers all areas of casting, centered around our highly regarded casting technology, and has established a consistent production system for machining and assembly. On the other hand, the housing-related equipment division focuses on the manufacturing of cast iron enameled bathtubs, broadly observing the culture of "bathing" and continuously proposing a rich lifestyle.
