Reinforcing the foundation ground with the uplift effect of reinforcement materials, the shear effect of filler materials, and the load distribution effect.
The "Mattress Method" is one of the surface treatment methods used to reinforce the foundation ground. Under the surface of a foundation ground that lacks bearing capacity, or beneath the foundation of an underground structure, a three-dimensional and plate-like structure (mattress structure) is installed using "paralink" and infill materials (such as sand, gravel, or crushed stone). This forms a rigid plate-like structure that reinforces the foundation ground by distributing the load of the upper structure and exhibiting shear resistance within the mattress structure. 【Mattress Reinforcement Effects】 ■ Lifting effect due to the tensile force of the paralink ■ Shear effect due to the shear resistance of the infill material ■ Load distribution effect within the mattress structure *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

"Simple is Best - Always question the truth and add even a little value." This is our mission. Through collaboration with the rapidly growing Macaferri (Italy) and its subsidiary Linear Composites (UK), which joined in June 2006, we aim to tackle challenges such as the development of geosynthetic parapets for soft ground stabilization measures and seismic design issues like liquefaction deformation suppression. We will continue to learn from everyone's wisdom and innovate daily.
