Non-cross specification using generally applicable epoxy resin! Method covered by cooperation guarantee.
The "Zicklight D Method" is exposed to harsh acidic corrosion environments, making it virtually impossible to carry out repair work. It features a non-crosslinked epoxy resin specification with excellent protective functions, designed for concrete facilities that require long-term maintenance-free performance. By applying organic fiber sheets, it finishes the coating layer to be smooth and uniform, addressing the trowel waves and uneven thickness characteristic of trowel application specifications. 【Features】 ■ Exhibits stable adhesion performance even on wet surfaces, unaffected by the moisture content of the concrete. ■ A method that eliminates the need for a primer process and removes the glass cloth application step, significantly shortening the construction period. ■ Finishes the coating layer to be smooth and uniform by applying organic fiber sheets, addressing the trowel waves and uneven thickness characteristic of trowel application specifications. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The JER Concrete Repair and Improvement Association aims to extend the lifespan and protect concrete structures such as wastewater treatment facilities, pipeline facilities, water supply facilities, agricultural community facilities, irrigation channels, bridges, and dams. We select materials and construction methods that meet our customers' needs and provide high-quality construction. Additionally, we have established a subcommittee within the association called the "Pipeline Subcommittee" to address measures for extending the lifespan of sewer pipeline facilities.
