By analyzing this data with our proprietary software "AIRchitect" and running simulations, we will propose energy consumption metrics and the optimal compressor. 〇Reduction Example Replacing an existing suction throttling type, load/unload type screw compressor with the latest air compressor GA-VSD+ results in an average energy savings rate of 50%. ■Atlas Copco Air Compressor Energy Saving Diagnosis Overview ○Flow of Energy Saving Diagnosis 1. Preliminary meeting and on-site investigation - Atlas Copco, sales representatives from distributors, and service engineers will conduct an on-site investigation of the compressor room. ↓ 2. Installation of measurement clamps and current logger - No need to stop the compressor. - The measurement clamp will be clamped onto one of the three-phase cables upstream of the control panel (can also be on the secondary side of the power breaker). - Data will be stored in the current logger 'Measurement Box iiTrak2'. ↓ 3. The measurement clamps and current logger will be collected about a week later. ↓ 4. Data analysis, analysis/simulation, and preparation of reports and proposals will be conducted. - Using the software 'AIRchitect' developed by Atlas Copco, we will identify waste and prepare reports and proposals. ↓ 5. A report meeting on the energy saving diagnosis will be held with the customer.
