In 2003, we received a business transfer from the Valve Division of Japan Casting Co., Ltd., and took over the maintenance operations. Our products are used as the main valves for crude oil piping, berths, and crude oil tanks across the country. This butterfly valve features a special rotating mechanism that allows for a tight shut-off with a metal seat. While a standard butterfly valve only rotates about 90 degrees, this stop valve moves further in the seat direction after the rotation, ensuring a firm seal against the seat. The main body and valve body materials are made of cast steel (WCB, SCPH2, etc.), and the seat material is metal touch (Stellite, 17-4PH, etc.). Many of the products already installed have been in use for over 30 years. Due to the high quality of the materials and machining precision originally used, performing an overhaul to regenerate the seat and other components, along with parts replacement, can restore functionality and further extend the lifespan.
