In 2003, we received a business transfer from the Valve Division of Japan Casting Co., Ltd., and took over the maintenance operations. Our products are used as the main valves for crude oil piping, berths, and crude oil tanks across the country. This butterfly valve features a special rotating mechanism that allows for a tight shut-off with a metal seat. While a standard butterfly valve only rotates about 90 degrees, this stop valve moves further in the seat direction after the rotation, ensuring a firm seal against the seat. The main body and valve body materials are made of cast steel (WCB, SCPH2, etc.), and the seat material is metal touch (Stellite, 17-4PH, etc.). Many of the products already installed have been in use for over 30 years. Due to the high quality of the materials and machining precision originally used, performing an overhaul to regenerate the seat and other components, along with parts replacement, can restore functionality and further extend the lifespan. Since obtaining manufacturing approval as a high-pressure gas equipment manufacturing facility in 1976, we have continued to provide products of stable quality. Please feel free to consult us regarding the collection, maintenance, functionality restoration, regeneration, repair, modification, and more of various types of valves! We can consider maintenance for our company’s valves, as well as valves from unknown manufacturers and those from defunct manufacturers. Basic maintenance includes: incoming inspection (appearance, operation, pressure testing), disassembly, parts verification, processing work, assembly, pressure leakage testing, and shipping (we can also confirm your presence at each stage). The maintenance details can be finalized after confirmation during the incoming inspection and other checks. Please also consult us about non-destructive testing. We have many qualified personnel in-house. We can also create drawings from old products and parts. We will propose better services within the limited time available. As a certified manufacturer of high-pressure gas equipment, you can trust our quality. We manufacture cast steel valves in compliance with JPI standards and also meet JIS, ANSI/ASME, and API specifications. Our own cast materials are managed with quality control equipment, including flow and solidification simulation technology and RT facilities, and we primarily use materials from reliable domestic manufacturing partners. We have continued to produce our own products with a focus on domestic materials.
