Re-inject grout to improve the durability of structures! Accurate injection management with high-precision cavity volume understanding!
The "PC-Rev Method" is a technique for re-injecting grout into existing structures that lack durability due to insufficient filling of PC grout, aiming for regeneration. By using a super low-vibration drill for boring, it does not cause harmful damage to the surrounding area. Additionally, by utilizing a small diameter hole of φ15.5mm, it reduces the load on the structure. The pressure changes in a vacuum container connected to the sheath allow for accurate estimation of the cavity volume inside the sheath, enabling appropriate injection management. 【Features】 ■ Automatic stop of drilling upon detecting contact with the sheath ■ Accurate estimation of the cavity volume inside the sheath ■ Vacuum pump reduces pressure inside the sheath for grout injection ■ Proper management of injection speed, followed by pressurization at the end ■ Reduction of load on the structure and improvement of grout filling properties, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
