Reinforcement and liquefaction measures directly beneath structures, seismic retrofitting of foundations using the "Expacca Method."
A rapid infiltration injection method that allows for injection at a wide injection interval (2 to 4 m) with a large discharge rate (20 to 30 ℓ/min).
The Expakka method is an abbreviation for the Expand Packer method. This method allows for the formation of a soil packer larger than the drilling diameter by expanding a geo-bag in the ground, thereby securing a large columnar permeation source between the upper and lower soil packers. This enables a larger spacing between drill holes and allows for extensive injection through low-pressure permeation between soil particles with a large discharge volume. [Applications] ● Reinforcement and liquefaction countermeasures directly beneath structures ● Seismic strengthening of foundations ● Base improvement associated with excavation work ● Construction of impermeable walls for tank foundations ● Prevention of suction and reinforcement of riverbanks ● Reinforcement associated with tunnel excavation work ● Reinforcement of missing sections of underground diaphragm walls

basic information
【Features】 Injection can be performed at a wide injection spacing (2 to 4 m) with a large discharge rate (20 to 30 liters/min). The number of drilling holes per unit of improved soil volume is small, resulting in shorter injection times. A reliable columnar permeation source is secured, and due to its large size, the permeation rate per unit permeation area is small, allowing for low-pressure permeation injection. The dedicated injection material "Permalock ASF Series" enables continuous injection for several hours and forms a permanent improved ground with a strength of 0.1 to 0.2 MN/m². The dedicated injection material "Hybrid Silica" forms a high-strength improved ground with a strength of 3.0 to 5.0 MN/m². 【Construction Procedure】 1. After erecting the injection outer pipe, expand the geobag to construct the columnar permeation source. 2. The geopack grout filled inside the geobag partially permeates, alkalizing the surrounding ground (soil packer). 3. The soil packer prevents leaks along the injection pipe. 4. Low-pressure injection is possible even with large discharge due to the large columnar permeation source.

Company information
Since its establishment, our company has played a role in national construction, primarily focusing on the "ground improvement field" with our unique grouting method. Subsequently, in response to the changes in social infrastructure development, we have refined our technologies to adapt to the needs of the times and, at times, acquired new ones to expand our business scope. As a result, we have now established three main pillars: "ground improvement business," "slope disaster prevention business," and "pipeline business."
